The Department of Communications at Molloy University invites applications to teach courses in their Public Relations and Corporate Communications track, starting Fall 2026. Courses may include Experiences in Communication [https://molloy.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2025-2026/undergraduate-catalog/courses/com-communications/1000/com-1100], Introduction Corporate Communications [https://molloy.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2025-2026/undergraduate-catalog/courses/com-communications/2000/com-2290], Public Relations [https://molloy.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2025-2026/undergraduate-catalog/courses/com-communications/2000/com-2550], and Advertising [https://molloy.smartcatalogiq.com/en/2025-2026/undergraduate-catalog/courses/com-communications/2000/com-2590]. Candidates must have: Master’s degree or terminal degree in Communications or closely related field A history of at least two years of successful teaching experience at the college level or accredited institution. The adjunct faculty members are responsible for: Preparing and deliver face-to-face instruction to undergraduate students in collaboration with the department’s Chairperson and other faculty; Employ a range of effective strategies to foster engagement and encourage active learning in all students; Assess and evaluate student coursework and provide constructive feedback that promotes student learning and academic growth; Maintain regular availability to meet with students outside of class to address course-related questions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with a diverse community of learners and contribute positively to the academic environment.
