About The Position
Savannah Technical College is continuously seeking qualified candidates for adjunct faculty teaching positions. Adjunct faculty positions are temporary, part-time positions of employment appointed on a per academic term basis. Day and evening hours available. Duties include a flexible schedule of lecture and/or laboratory, and may involve split teaching shifts or routine travel between campus locations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in field or closely related field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in field or closely related field from a regionally accredited college or university
- Excellent human-relations, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ full-time work experience in the discipline taught and educational background specific to the courses/programs.
- All academic credentials must be granted by a nationally or regionally accredited college or university.
- All male applicants between the ages of 18 and 26 years of age must present proof of Selective Service Registration.
