About The Position
Roger Williams University’s Extension School invites applications for a part-time adjunct faculty position teaching an undergraduate General Education course online. Adjunct faculty are expected to follow the guidelines and provisions in the Extension School’s annually published Adjunct Faculty Guide. For courses in subject areas represented by other schools or colleges, the respective deans may review, recommend, and approve faculty assignments. Resumes and transcripts for newly hired adjunct or part-time faculty who are not currently affiliated with the University are kept on file with the Dean of the Extension School.
Requirements
- A minimum of a master’s degree is required.
- The University may accept an equivalent combination of education and experience if the candidate demonstrates that it specifically prepares them for success in the position.
Responsibilities
