About The Position
The Department of Biology, Marine Biology and Environmental Science seeks Adjunct Professors to contribute to our offerings in Introductory Biology, Introductory Oceanography and Introductory Environmental Science. We occasionally have openings for upper level courses in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Biology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition Science, Genetics and Microbiology. Requirements
- Completed a Masters or other advanced degree in biology, marine biology, environmental science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated past experience teaching undergraduate students.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to offerings in Introductory Biology, Introductory Oceanography and Introductory Environmental Science.
- Teach upper level courses in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, Biology, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition Science, Genetics and Microbiology, as openings become available.
