About The Position
Adjunct (Part-time) faculty to teach undergraduate Meteorology and Earth Science courses including labs. Potential courses include Introduction to Meteorology lecture and lab, Climatology, Introduction to Geology and Lab, Hydrogeology.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field
- Successful teaching experience
Responsibilities
- Teach on-ground lecture and lab courses.
- Meet with students during required office hours.
- Respond to students curricular needs.
- Perform classroom duties including timely grading and student feedback.
- Perform outcomes assessments at the course level and other levels (program level or general education core) as requested by Science department head.
- Maintain attendance records.
