About The Position
Teaching faculty are professional educators whose primary responsibility is fulfilling the District mission of providing a quality education for students attending the colleges. The faculty member serves as a leader, teacher, advisor, and facilitator of learning, upholds the colleges’ mission and values, and fosters effective working relationships with students and colleagues. Faculty members are responsible to a department/program chairperson. This position is part-time and temporary, with hours varying. Pay depends on education level. The position is not benefits eligible. Evening and weekend work may be required. Requirements
- Master’s degree in the teaching discipline, or a master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.
