About The Position
The Department of Mathematics and Physics seeks applicants interested in teaching mathematics and statistics courses at the introductory level. Class sizes are small and students have access to free tutoring and other support on campus.
Requirements
- Strong background in mathematics or statistics.
- Master's or Ph.D. preferred, but candidates with significant graduate-level coursework will be considered.
- Teaching experience is not required but preferred.
- At the University's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
