About The Position
The Department of Mathematics at Hastings College is seeking adjunct instructor(s) to teach Statistics courses. These courses can be delivered either in person or remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for using the online learning software, CANVAS, for course delivery and assessment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field with at least 18 graduate credits in Mathematics.
- Portfolio of relevant teaching experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete the online application.
- Download a cover letter, teaching philosophy statement, curriculum vitae (CV) which includes all courses taught and the delivery methods used as well as indicated technology skills into the profile section of the online application.
- Provide unofficial undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
Responsibilities
- Teach Statistics courses (in person delivery or remote delivery).
- Utilize online learning software, CANVAS, to facilitate delivery and assessment of course material.
