Baker College of Owosso is seeking to fill an Adjunct position to teach Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) courses. Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Appropriate credentials, including RDMS (AB and OB).
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Canvas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Belief in and support for the student first philosophy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous teaching experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching a specified number of classes.
  • Revising, reviewing, and developing curriculum as needed.
  • Completing all required professional development and training.
  • Collecting and submitting assessment data related to student learning outcomes.
  • Participating in campus and system committees, subcommittees, projects, and other institutional activities.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support departmental and institutional goals.
  • Acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus.
