About The Position
Regent University is currently seeking Christian scholars to serve as Adjunct Professors of Chemistry for the College of Arts & Sciences. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to Christ-centered teaching and excellence in the physical sciences.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. in Chemistry is preferred. Applicants with a Master’s degree in Chemistry (or a related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Chemistry) will be considered
- Must subscribe to the University’s Statement of Faith and embrace its mission as a Christian institution
- Prior college-level teaching experience and proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) are highly preferred
Responsibilities
- A dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning
- A record of or potential for academic scholarship
- The ability to teach undergraduate-level courses
- Facility with online instructional technology
- A willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
