About The Position
Regent University is currently seeking Christian scholars to serve as Adjunct Professors of Chemistry for the College of Arts & Sciences. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to Christ-centered teaching and excellence in the physical sciences.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Chemistry (or a related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Chemistry)
- Must subscribe to the University’s Statement of Faith and embrace its mission as a Christian institution
- Signed Statement of Faith and acceptable use policy acknowledgment.
Nice To Haves
- Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Prior college-level teaching experience
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
- A record of or potential for academic scholarship
Responsibilities
- Dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning
- Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses
- Facility with online instructional technology
- Willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
