The School of Visual and Performing Arts is seeking an experienced Hip Hop adjunct professor with expertise across a wide range of hip hop styles and techniques, including but not limited to popping, locking, and voguing. The professor will demonstrate a strong understanding of hip hop foundations, history, and culture while fostering technical development, artistic expression, and authenticity in student learning experiences. The course, DAN 116-01 - HIP HOP STYLES AND TECHNIQUES, is a 1-credit course held in the Fall semester, from September 1, 2026, to December 18, 2026. Classes meet weekly on Thursdays from 5:46 PM to 7:01 PM. The compensation per course is $1,100. All courses meet in person, with each section meeting for 1 hour and 15 minutes per week.
