About The Position
The Adjunct Assistant Professor will provide instruction in pre-clinical courses and predoctoral clinics, as defined by the Department Chair in consultation with the Predoctoral and Graduate Program Directors. This part-time position is anticipated to work approximately one (1) day per week (0.2 FTE).
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in educating dental students in pre-clinical and/or clinical settings, or minimum of five years of experience in private general practice, or completion of an advanced dental education program.
- Excellent clinical credentials.
- Excellent supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent mentoring skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong background in all aspects of general dentistry, including provision of care to individuals with special needs.
- Experience in organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leadership.
