Requirements
- Associate degree (or equivalent) in a technical or manufacturing-related field.
- Experience operating additive manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices preferred.
- CAD experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate additive manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts.
- Prepare materials, including blending plastic powders and loading liquid resins into production systems.
- Follow manufacturing travelers and accurately document production processes.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and machine performance.
- Identify and report quality concerns while supporting corrective actions.
- Suggest process improvements that enhance print quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
