About The Position

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is hiring a full-time Addiction Residential Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adults with substance use disorders. This role involves providing daily group psychotherapy, comprehensive evaluations and assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, coordinating patient care, maintaining contact with referral sources, and providing individual, marital, family therapy, and family education.

Requirements

Applicants must have an LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
Applicant must have knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide daily group psychotherapy.
Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
Develop appropriate treatment plans and goals and monitor patient's progress toward treatment goals.
Coordinate patient care with other members of the treatment team.
Maintain contact with referral sources and other providers as necessary.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation.
Provide individual, marital, and family therapy.
Provide family education as needed.
