Provides skilled nursing services to patients struggling with substance use disorders. Ongoing assessment, intakes, evaluations, triage, teaching, inductions, stabilizations, and monitoring of patients in an Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) model. Provides psychiatric care of patients within the Addiction Psychiatry Treatment Program (APTP), as well as support and services to patients from other settings referred to the program for stabilization and assessment. Collaborates with team members, clinic settings at BMC and outside referral sites, and works with providers from addiction and community health settings in assisting patients and supporting their referral needs.
