High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency dedicated to treating and preventing substance use disorders and mental illness. Our programs span Southeastern Massachusetts, offering a comprehensive continuum of care including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. We also support survivors of abuse, violence, and families experiencing homelessness. Our core belief is in the inherent goodness, worth, and dignity of every individual, and our aim is to empower individuals and families to achieve personal change and enhance their quality of life. High Point’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) provides methadone treatment to adults aged 18 and older diagnosed with opioid use disorder. The program emphasizes individualized treatment plans, developed collaboratively with the patient and primary clinician, and reviewed by a multi-disciplinary team with final approval from the medical director. The populations served are diverse, including men, women, pregnant women, individuals with chronic illnesses, and those with dual diagnoses of mental health disorders. This role is a fast-paced, early morning position, allowing Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to complete their workday before many others begin theirs.
