About The Position

At Healing Rock Recovery in Billings, Montana, we help adults find their footing again after substance use and mental health struggles. We offer a full continuum of care that includes residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient counseling, all grounded in compassionate, faith-anchored, and trauma-informed support. We believe rock bottom can become the foundation for redemption, and that recovery is built one relationship at a time. This is an LAC Candidate role, a real opportunity to earn your supervised hours and grow into a fully Licensed Addiction Counselor. We're looking for a full-time counselor working toward their LAC to join our clinical team and walk alongside clients on their recovery journey. With the support and supervision of our licensed clinicians, you'll lead individual and group counseling, help build recovery plans, and be a steady, encouraging presence for people doing some of the hardest work of their lives. If you're passionate about addiction recovery and want a clear path to full licensure with a mission-driven team, we'd love to meet you.
