ADAS Test Driver- Over the Road
About The Position
Drivers/Operators will be responsible for data collection test vehicles. This involves driving assigned routes in various states and cities, launching from and returning to customer sites. Each vehicle will have both a driver and an operator who will swap roles based on project requirements. The operator will handle data collection when not driving. Data must be uploaded daily or as requested. Drivers must be willing to travel to assigned states and cities for testing, with accommodations and lodging covered. Drivers/operators will also be responsible for copying data between computer directories and managing data storage. Skillset training will be provided. Drivers/operators must report issues and perform simple support tasks for remote diagnosis, such as unplugging a cable or pressing a switch. The driver must maintain a responsible and respectful demeanor to uphold the reputation of the customer.
