About The Position

Drivers/Operators will be responsible for data collection test vehicles. This involves driving assigned routes in the Las Vegas, NV area, launching and returning from the customer site. Each vehicle will have both a driver and an operator during testing, and these roles will swap out per project requirements. The operator will handle data collection when not driving. Data must be uploaded daily or at other requested frequencies. Drivers/operators must be able to copy data between computer directories and manage data storage.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes in test vehicles.
• Launch and return vehicles from customer site.
• Swap roles with operator as required by project.
• Collect data when acting as operator.
• Upload data on a daily basis or as requested.
• Copy data from one computer directory to another.
• Manage data storage.
• Report issues and provide simple support tasks for remote diagnosis (e.g., unplugging a cable, pressing a switch).
• Act in a responsible and respectful demeanor to uphold customer reputation.
