ADAS Feature System Engineering Manager
About The Position
As the Manager for ADAS Feature Systems Engineering, you will spearhead the development and delivery of Ford’s global portfolio of driver-assist technologies, including BlueCruise, Pre-Collision Assist, Visualization, and Trailering features. This leadership role serves as the interface between digital design and technical execution. It requires seamless collaboration with software, validation, safety, and legal teams to ensure every feature is robust, compliant, and intuitively integrated. By driving technical rigor through the entire System-V and championing a culture of continuous process improvement and mentorship, you will be instrumental in upskilling the next generation of engineers. Requirements
- Leadership role in systems engineering.
