About The Position
This role is eligible for a bonus up to $5,000. National Heritage Online Academy – North Carolina (NHOA - NC) provides students with specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability. This can include services in a resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services. The teacher will participate in professional development specific to special education curriculum and data tracking tools.
Requirements
- Hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements. NHA will support you through your alternative certification journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability, such as: a resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
- Participate in professional development that is specific to special education curriculum, along with data tracking tools.
