The Adaptive Solutions Technician performs residential remodeling, carpentry, and construction projects designed to improve accessibility, safety, and independence for individuals with disabilities. This role is responsible for completing home modifications, installing accessibility equipment, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to established standards. A successful technician brings a strong background in carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can manage projects from planning through completion. While experience with accessibility modifications is preferred, specialized training on adaptive equipment, accessibility products, and installation techniques will be provided. Success in this role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to helping people live more safely and independently in their homes.
