The ADA/Section 504 Compliance Coordinator serves as the University's designated coordinator for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable federal and state laws related to accessibility, disability accommodations, and nondiscrimination. This position provides institution-wide leadership, coordination, oversight, and consultation to ensure equitable access to university programs, services, activities, facilities, employment, and digital environments for students, employees, visitors, and members of the public. The Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates institutional policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives that promote accessibility and compliance. The position serves as the University’s central resource for disability-related compliance by coordinating accommodation processes; conducting institutional accessibility assessments; developing and delivering education and training programs and collaborating with stakeholders across the University to advance accessibility, inclusion, and compliance.
