Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, retail media, e-commerce platforms, or related digital media environments
  • 5+ years experience owning features from discovery through delivery, including writing clear product requirements, and managing cross-functional workstreams in an agile environment
  • 3+ years experience with programmatic ad products, campaign management workflows, or measurement and reporting tooling

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined area of the retail media product roadmap, from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Write clear and complete product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies in partnership with engineering squads
  • Translate advertiser, sales, and client feedback into prioritized product requirements and backlog items
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for each capability and track performance against them post-launch
  • Partner with Data & Insights on instrumentation, A/B testing, and measurement of product features
  • Collaborate with UX and design to ensure advertiser-facing tooling is intuitive and low-friction, especially for self-serve workflows
  • Communicate roadmap status, delivery risks, and tradeoff decisions to senior stakeholders clearly and proactively
  • Conduct user research and synthesize findings into product decisions and backlog priorities
  • Contribute to reusable product templates, requirement frameworks, and delivery best practices
