The Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of digital advertising clients by delivering consultative account management, campaign optimization, and data-driven insights. This role supports advertisers and/or agencies throughout the lifecycle of their partnership—from onboarding to performance optimization—while driving measurable business outcomes aligned to client objectives. Account Managers operate in a dynamic, high-volume environment and serve as trusted advisors by leveraging deep knowledge of digital advertising products, performance metrics, and industry trends. Depending on assignment, the role may focus on direct advertisers (AM/DIR), advertising agencies (AGY), or a blended portfolio (DIR).
