About The Position

The Ad Designer is responsible for producing high-volume, high-performing creative assets across paid social and search platforms. This role owns the end-to-end design and production of static ad creatives, leveraging AI-driven workflows to deliver at scale without compromising quality. This is a performance-focused role requiring speed, precision, and the ability to operate within a high-output environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing performance-driven ad creatives for Meta and/or Google
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Proven experience producing high volumes of creative output in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of direct response design principles including hierarchy, contrast, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Portfolio demonstrating production-ready ad creative, including AI-assisted work
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to build scalable creative workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Luma Labs, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Ideogram, or similar
  • Experience with prompt engineering for consistency and scalable asset generation
  • Familiarity with AI-based post-production workflows including upscaling, inpainting, and asset refinement
  • Experience with motion design or lightweight video production
  • Experience in telehealth, wellness, or regulated consumer product environments
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative testing frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-volume static ad creatives across Meta and Google platforms
  • Design assets across multiple placements including feed, stories, reels, display, and responsive formats
  • Build and maintain AI-driven creative production workflows
  • Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers on campaign concepts
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all outputs
  • Develop and iterate on creative variants for A/B testing
  • Stay current on platform requirements and evolving AI capabilities
