About The Position

As an Assistant Director - Customer Relations, you will plan, lead, and control the health benefits and customer service activities provided by your team and the achievement of your team's objectives. You will achieve this through the following functions: Orient all of your team's activities to obtain results by focusing on boosting its performance. Manage, staff, mobilize, and develop your team's talents. Make and assume decisions inherent to your area of responsibility, even when the situation is difficult or ambiguous. Orient the team's priorities and support it in task execution to ensure business objectives are met. Make recommendations on optimizing and implementing business processes. Facilitate the daily resolution of various problems for your team and, as needed, in interaction with colleagues. Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with different teams within the organization as part of your various involvements with them. Hold team members accountable through appropriate delegation. Commit to living the organizational culture and exert a positive influence by embodying the expected behaviors while actively participating in their adoption.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in a relevant field. Relevant schooling or experience may be considered as equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management/team management.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in your area of responsibility.
  • Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
