About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Acute Rehab RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The RN will use clinical judgment to assess patient needs, prevent complications, coordinate care, and support optimal recovery and discharge planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years Acute Rehab experience – Required
• Active Michigan RN License – Required
• Active AHA BLS – Required
• License must be active at the time of submission.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical conditions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient responses and identify potential complications.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Communicate effectively using SBAR and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and time management.
