Requirements
- An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- At least six months of experience in nephrology.
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced clinical skills to deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatments, creating extraordinary moments of comfort and safety at the bedside.
- Independently manage caseload and patient needs, using critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment and navigate complex clinical scenarios.
- Act as the face of Hema-Tec, building trust with patients, families, and hospital staff through professionalism and communication, delivering on the promise of compassionate care.
