ACUTE CARE RN - PER DIEM
About The Position
Coulee Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team! With a nurse-to-patient ratio that can’t be beat, Coulee Medical Center offers a diverse rural nursing experience you won’t find anywhere else. This Per Diem basis position will work in both the Acute and LTS departments to quickly and efficiently address patient concerns, while gathering pertinent information to assist the provider in determining the absolute best care. Requirements
- Current RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS/ENPC certification required, or must be obtained within one year of hire date
Responsibilities
- Work in both the Acute and LTS departments to quickly and efficiently address patient concerns
- Gather pertinent information to assist the provider in determining the absolute best care
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered personalized care
Benefits
- $3.50/hr. night differential
- $2.50/hr. weekend differential
- 15% differential added to base wage in lieu of benefits
- Paid Sick Leave accrual (.025/hr)
