About The Position

Pulmonary Consultants and Wellness Center is an established and growing medical practice specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Our outpatient pulmonary clinic is located in Inglewood, California, and our team provides inpatient and post-acute care services at Centinela Hospital Medical Center, St. Francis Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital, Kindred Hospital, and several surrounding skilled nursing facilities. Our physicians and advanced practice providers work collaboratively to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with a broad range of acute and chronic pulmonary and critical care conditions. We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/AGACNP) to join our pulmonary and critical care team as an independent contractor. This is a flexible, 12-hour night shift position with a minimum commitment of four shifts per month. This opportunity may be particularly well suited for an experienced ACNP seeking a flexible schedule while maintaining an active role in inpatient pulmonary and critical care medicine. The ideal candidate will have experience in pulmonary medicine, critical care, hospital medicine, or another inpatient specialty and will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to manage medically complex patients in a collaborative environment. We welcome both experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioners and motivated early-career providers. Providers with less than two years of relevant experience may participate in our structured Transition-to-Practice Program, designed to support the development of clinical confidence, critical care knowledge, and progressive independence in the inpatient setting.
