About The Position

Join the INTEGRIS Health team at Baptist Medical Center and become an integral part of a collaborative Neurosurgery service with close partnership alongside the Trauma team. This rewarding Acute Care APRN opportunity offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule and the chance to provide comprehensive, high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule based on the Baptist Medical Center campus. This provider is responsible for the inpatient neurosurgery service to include trauma consults and other ER consults as deemed appropriate by the neurosurgeons and spine surgeons, daily rounding on the inpatient neurosurgery services, collaborate with consulting services especially trauma, with in-clinic follow-up for neurosurgery from trauma. You will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes for patients with neurosurgical and traumatic injuries within a dynamic multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care teams while practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed. This position requires population specific competencies.
