About The Position

MedOne is seeking a full-time Acute Advanced Practice Practitioner (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for Morrow County Hospital. MedOne is an independent, hospital medicine practice with over 190 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, and more than 35 administrative staff, focused on improving healthcare delivery and patient care. This role involves evaluating, developing treatment plans, and managing new and complex acute and chronically ill patients on a busy Hospitalist service, working in collaboration with Hospitalist physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national certification as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Eligible for hospital privileges

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops treatment plans and management of new and complex acute and chronically ill patients on a busy Hospitalist service while working in collaboration with Hospitalist physicians.
