About The Position

All Roads Acura in Ellicott City, MD is seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join their team. They are looking for mid-level or higher technicians who can confidently handle both routine maintenance and complex repairs with minimal supervision. Prior experience with Honda or Acura vehicles is highly preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications preferred
• Acura or Honda certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, including electrical and engine issues
• Record brake pad and tire wear measurements
• Complete fluid flushes and system services
• Perform in-depth repairs on Acura and other vehicles
• Mentor and support Express Technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Handle additional duties as assigned
