Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate repair needs
  • Write and manage repair orders
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Upsell recommended services and maintenance
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process
