Requirements

  • Customer Service Expertise: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly, listen to their concerns, and provide a welcoming, professional experience
  • Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and ensure timely service completion
  • Perform walk-arounds, identify maintenance needs, and recommend services using a consultative approach
  • Accurately document services, provide clear cost and time estimates, and maintain transparency throughout the process
  • Work closely with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Keep customers informed on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction after service is completed
  • Meet or exceed service sales goals while maintaining customer trust
