About The Position

The Acura Sales Professional at McDaniels Acura of Charleston is responsible for building lasting client relationships, engaging in consultative selling to assist customers in vehicle selection, and continuously developing product and sales expertise. The role involves performing high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles, following up with buyers to generate referral business, and learning to overcome sales objections. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and requires a positive attitude daily.

Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Clean driving record and Valid Driver's License.
  • Use of own laptop is required

Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills, assisting customers in selecting a vehicle.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude to work every day.
