Requirements

• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, customer-friendly presence
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in automotive
• Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, pressure-free experience
• Learn our new and pre-owned inventory and confidently explain features, technology, and benefits
• Lead engaging product demonstrations and assist with test drives
• Help customers compare options and understand what fits their needs
• Use dealership tech tools to stay organized with leads and follow-ups
• Work closely with your sales team to ensure a smooth, positive customer journey
