Requirements
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing, customer-friendly presence
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in automotive
- Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screen
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a warm, pressure-free experience
- Learn our new and pre-owned inventory and confidently explain features, technology, and benefits
- Lead engaging product demonstrations and assist with test drives
- Help customers compare options and understand what fits their needs
- Use dealership tech tools to stay organized with leads and follow-ups
- Work closely with your sales team to ensure a smooth, positive customer journey
