About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our Acura dealership in Stamford, Connecticut. Must be a closer! As the Acura Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales team and manage the day-to-day operations in order to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, salary-based position in the fast-paced and rewarding automotive industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or business management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to train, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Acura brand and models and the automotive industry as a whole.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology for sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting goals and providing coaching and training to ensure success in meeting sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures and market trends to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales and maximizing profits.
  • Foster a positive and professional working environment for the sales team, promoting motivation, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and overall dealership success.
  • Stay informed about new Acura models, features, and pricing to effectively communicate information to the sales team and customers.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring an accurate and well-maintained vehicle stock.
