We’re looking for an Acumatica Project Manager who brings structure, calm, and genuine care to every project. You’ll guide clients and internal teams from kickoff to go‑live, keeping everyone aligned, informed, and confident. The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of project management consulting services for our Acumatica clients. Working closely with internal clients and external clients, you will deliver a full range of services, such as internal project reporting and administration, resource management, client management, project budgeting/accounting/finance, project planning, project control and project communication. Ideal candidates will have extensive technical experience in Acumatica (managed prior Acumatica implementations).

Requirements

Experience managing ERP projects, ideally with Acumatica
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A calm, organized, proactive approach to problem‑solving
Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the big picture
Emotional ownership — you care deeply about delivering a great client experience
A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help your team succeed
4+ years of experience in a business leadership position experience.
Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature and national in scope
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting.
Good computer skills, proficient with MS office applications
Knowledge of workforce strategies developed in other sectors is an asset
Knowledge of labor force strategies would be an asset
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
