Actuarial Director
About The Position
As Actuarial Director, you will collaborate in setting strategy for Havarti's Actuarial Solutions group, including: Designing new products and offerings Determining product development priorities Meeting with the Senior Leadership Team to assess alternatives and finalize direction on assigned products. Additionally, the Actuarial Director will lead a team of analysts to complete a variety of projects and engagements, including such work as the following: Diagnosing issues, recommending actions, and implementing solutions for Health customers' financial risk challenges Implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance the quality and volume of actuaries' output Enabling new Health innovations to reach patients by quantifying and demonstrating the Return on Investment (ROI) Presenting findings and persuading healthcare leaders to do the right thing Developing staff members to achieve their personal and professional goals.
