About The Position

This is an early careers, intern conversion only position for an Actuarial Delivery Group Analyst. The role is for mathematics and statistics majors who are not interested in pursuing actuarial exams. The position is part of a strategic team focused on innovation and excellence, offering opportunities for skill development and career growth within a diverse and inclusive team. WTW is seeking candidates who are authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future. Temporary work authorizations are considered restricted, and candidates must be able to present another valid form of work authorization upon expiration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with heavy quantitative emphasis such as majors in mathematics and statistics with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Seeking candidates who are not interested in writing future actuarial exams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s and Master's degree between May 2026 through August 2027
  • Completion of Summer 2026 WTW internship

Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary calculations or actuarial analysis on a wide variety of routine and special projects
  • Manage and prioritize own workload efficiently to fulfill commitments on time and meeting professional excellence standards
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, manage expectations and raise issues as appropriate
  • Work independently and utilize available resources to develop technical skills
  • Work with a variety of colleagues gaining exposure to different work styles
  • Learn about WTW career paths to ensure you can progress within the company based on your own skills and interests
