Actuarial Analyst

Swiss ReToronto, ON
$74,000 - $110,000

About The Position

This isn't your typical entry-level role. As an Associate Actuarial Analyst in Swiss Re's Actuarial Development Program, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of actuarial disciplines — from technical modelling and valuation to client-facing work and business management. You'll rotate through meaningful assignments that challenge you, grow you, and prepare you for a long-term career in one of the most dynamic industries in the world. If you're someone who loves solving complex problems, embraces learning, and wants to make a real impact from day one, this is your opportunity. The Actuarial Development Program (ADP) at Swiss Re is more than a job — it's a career accelerator. Rather than being placed in a single team, ADP participants rotate through a variety of actuarial roles across Client Markets, Business Management, and Products. This structure is intentionally designed to give you broad exposure to the actuarial profession, helping you discover where your strengths and passions lie while building the skills needed to become a credentialed actuary. You'll be supported by experienced actuarial mentors and a community of fellow ADP participants who are on the same journey. You're analytically sharp, endlessly curious, and excited about the idea of a career that keeps evolving. You thrive in environments where no two days look the same, and you're motivated by both intellectual challenge and real-world impact. You're comfortable working independently, but you also know how to collaborate and communicate clearly — whether that's with a fellow analyst or a client. You bring attention to detail and strong organizational skills to everything you do, and you're committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
