Requirements
- Versatility, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity, as well as their ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, enabling a deep understanding of complex issues, the formulation of sound diagnoses, and the recommendation of innovative solutions to business partners.
- High level of proactivity and a strong continuous improvement mindset, actively contributing to the optimization of business processes.
- Communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts clearly, as well as knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS and Power BI.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in actuarial science and property and casualty insurance.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is considered an asset.
