About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate ACTT Clinical Team Lead to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Charlotte, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional who is passionate about community-based care and ready to take the next step in their career. As the Clinical Team Lead, you’ll provide guidance to a multidisciplinary team while remaining actively involved in clinical services and supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs. If you’re looking for a leadership role where your clinical expertise can directly influence the quality of care and outcomes for the people we serve, this could be the opportunity for you. Pyramid Healthcare has been committed to expanding access to high-quality behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment across North Carolina since 2006. Through services including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Cross-Area Services, and Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) programs, Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive, person-centered care designed to meet individuals where they are. Our mission is to develop individualized treatment plans and provide the support people need to achieve greater stability, independence, and long-term recovery. Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is a multidisciplinary, community-based model serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who may be at increased risk for psychiatric crisis and face complex social and environmental challenges. Rather than providing care exclusively in a traditional clinical setting, ACTT brings services directly into the community. The team works collaboratively with individuals to address mental health, substance use, housing, vocational, and other needs that impact overall stability and quality of life.
