Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certified
- High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must hold valid and applicable state drivers’ license and hold a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- CNA or experience as caregiver preferred.
Responsibilities
- Educate families and staff on the benefits of the Club to maximize resident opportunities.
- Promote resident participation for those who would benefit.
- Work in conjunction with the Activity Director to develop the monthly Club program calendar and Resident Daily Schedule.
- Organize Club outings with activities staff.
- Arrange for clinical assistance for residents as needed (restroom escorts, medication assistance, etc.)
- Assist in Club dining services to enhance resident dining experience including coordination of mealtimes.
- Set up for and clean up after events and activities.
- Drive vehicle to designated locations as needed.
- Keep records of trips.
- Submit reports relating to mileage, repairs, gasoline, supplies and usage.
Benefits
- Pay Range: $18-$19/hour
