About The Position
The Activity Leader works with the summer team to deliver a safe, enjoyable experience for students participating in EF’s summer language travel program. The role involves leading activities and excursions that introduce students to local culture and help them build connections with international peers. Activities may include city tours and themed events. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the right to live and work in the United States, with complete fluency in English. Housing is provided on a limited basis as a taxable fringe benefit.

Responsibilities
- Set up, participate in, and clean up after on-campus activities.
- Lead students on off-campus excursions.
- Monitor daily student attendance.
- Assist with student arrivals and departures.
- Attend all leader meetings.
- Ensure students follow the EF behavior code and promptly inform management of issues or problems.
- Respond to problems and emergency situations when they arise.
