About The Position

Your responsibilities will include watching over members’ children and creating a constructive, fun experience for the child while parents are enjoying other aspects of the club, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

Responsibilities

Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
Greet members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a safe play environment.
Greet parents and listen carefully to their instructions on the care of their children.
Create warm welcomes and fond farewells by connecting with each Member.
Observe, monitor, and participate in children's play activities.
Communicate with children's parents or guardians about activities, behaviors, and related issues.
Sanitize toys and play equipment.
Read to children and teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.
Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered.
Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
Assist in preparing food and serving meals and refreshments to children.
Assist with family events, youth events or other club events. This includes setting up and breaking down events if needed.
Must ensure the cleanliness of the childcare center.
Any other duties, as assigned.
